As a special thank you for booking an in-person Reiki session, you may bring a small personal item of your choice - such as a piece of jewelry, crystal, small memento, article of clothing, blanket, pillow, journal, etc. - to be infused with Reiki energy during your session. This allows you to carry the healing energy with you long after our time together.

If you're unable to find a convenient appointment time on our booking platform, feel free to reach out directly in the Contact Us section to request an appointment and we'll do our best to work with your schedule.
During your first Reiki treatment, you can expect a welcoming environment. After completing an intake form, your certified Reiki practitioner will guide you through the process and explain the gentle, hands-on or hands-off approaches available. Light aromatherapy is offered but should you have any sensitivities to smells, it is not required. You'll remain fully clothed (minus shoes and glasses) while lying on your back as the practitioner places their hands on or near your body, allowing the healing energy to flow.
A Reiki session involves lying down in a comfortable and relaxed position for the duration of your session. Your comfort is a priority, and your Reiki practitioner will ensure that you're at ease throughout the experience. If lying down for the entire duration isn't feasible due to specific physical constraints, let your practitioner know ahead of your session and we will discuss alternative arrangements to accommodate your comfort.
Reiki for children includes infants to children 17 years of age. The child's parent or guardian is welcome to remain in the room or can relax in our waiting room. The child remains fully clothed minus shoes and glasses (similar to our traditional reiki session) and can lie down comfortably. The practitioner gently places their hands on or near the child's body, facilitating the flow of healing energy. Sessions are tailored to their needs and attention spans (time can be adjusted), offering a natural and non-invasive way to support their well-being.
